In August alone, the most issued bonds were 3-year bonds with a balance of 22,590 billion, followed by 5-year bonds with a balance of 5,150 billion.
Also in this month, the group of real estate businesses surpassed credit institutions to become the largest bond issuer in the market with a balance of VND 11,670 billion, accounting for 30.4% of the total issuance value of the whole market. . Credit institutions also issued 10,038 billion dong of bonds in the month, accounting for 26.1%.
In addition, the service business group also successfully issued 6,826 billion bonds (17.8%); production group reached 2,650 billion (6.9%); and securities group reached 1,050 billion (2.7%)
Notably, the HNX’s data shows that the firms that issue the most bonds in August are big ones owned or related to the richest entrepreneurs on the market today.
Specifically, Sovico Group Joint Stock Company of billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao and Saigon Glory Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Bitexco) are the two businesses that mobilize most bonds in August, at the same level of VND 5,000 billion.
Behind is Masan Group Joint Stock Company of 2 businessmen Nguyen Dang Quang and Ho Hung Anh, raising VND 4,085 billion via bond channel.
