SCIC divested from Khanh Hoa Seafood Export Company, at a price not lower than VND 32,200 / share

Accordingly, the number of SCIC shares offered is 132,200 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.96% of the total number of shares issued according to the actual contributed capital in the charter capital.

SCIC’s method of offering is public auction of the whole lot. Domestic and foreign investors can participate in the auction with a starting price of VND 32,200 / share.

The registration and submission time for the auction is from 8:00 am on June 30, 2020 to 4:00 pm on July 21, 2020 at BOS Securities Joint Stock Company, 25th floor of office building 265 Cau Giay, Dich Vong Ward , Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

The auction will be held at 14:30 on July 22, 2020 at BOS Securities Joint Stock Company.

Khanh Hoa Seafood Export Joint Stock Company was formerly a state-owned enterprise specializing in exploiting and catching seafood in the former Phu Khanh province.

On 11/8/2017, KSE shares of the company officially traded on UPCoM.

Currently, the company’s main business activities include processing and preserving aquatic products and products from marine products, exploiting marine products, exploiting inland aquatic products, and wholesaling food products.

Regarding shareholder structure, SCIC currently holds 8.96% of the company’s equity, the second largest shareholder of the company, after Tran Thi Tinh, currently has 134,800 equivalent shares. 9.13% of charter capital. Seafood Export Khanh Hoa currently has no foreign shareholders.

The total profit after tax of the company in 2019 reached more than 6 billion, up 1.82% over the same period.

On the stock market, KSE shares are currently trading at VND 30,900 / share (trading session on 30/6). KSE’s market capitalization is currently at VND 35.7 billion.
