In which, the investor’s contributed capital is equal to 15% of the total investment or other minimum required amount. Vingroup plans to contribute 30% of the capital in cash. The remaining 85% of total investment is raised by Vinhomes from banks, credit institutions and other legitimate sources of capital.
The project implementation site is in the wards of Ha Khau, Dai Yen (in Ha Long City) and the wards, Tan An, Ha An, Hoang Tan, Lien Hoa wards (of Quang Yen town).
The project, after completion, will be a multi-purpose complex, with coastal urban identity, associated with ecological resorts, golf courses and services, This is a city oriented development today modern and synchronous technical and social infrastructure, meeting the needs of local people and developing tourism infrastructure according to the approved planning.
