Mr. Lam Quy Chuong,  Chairman of the Board of Directors, Legal representative of  Vinh Khanh Plastic Cable (HNX: VKC) registered to sell 2.9 million shares for personal reasons. The transaction is expected to be carried out from September 15 to October 14 through agreement and order matching.

Before the transaction was made, Mr. Chuong was holding 3.1 million shares, equivalent to 16.08% of the capital of this unit.

On the stock market, VKC shares are having a series of 7 consecutive ceiling gains from 7,500 VND/share to 14,100 VND/share.

Recently, Mr. Luong Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director sold 500,000 shares, equivalent to 2.59% of VKC’s capital on September 10. In the session 10/9, VKC had 2 put-through trading orders of 400,000 shares and 100,000 shares at the price of 13,500 VND/share, equivalent to a total trading value of 6.75 billion VND. After this transaction, Mr. Tuan no longer holds VKC shares.

According to the semi-annual audited financial statements for 2021, Vinh Khanh Plastic Cable reported a 20.6% decrease in net profit compared to the previous self-financed report and to nearly 994 million dong. However, over the same period the profit is still 2.2 times higher.
